Staying at the luxurious Elements of Byron Bay. You’ll have your own room and ensuite as part of a 2 bedroom villa shared with a fellow retreat guest.

You’ll leave this weekend feeling rejuvenated and ready to live your best life.

Day 1

Welcome to Byron Bay

Meet your host and fellow retreat guests at Elements of Byron Bay for a 3pm check in.

Ease into the weekend with a gentle welcome circle. Followed by the perfect fusion session of Vin Yin. Starting with vinyasa to get the body moving and the energy flowing. Then finish with a deep stretching yin practice to improve flexibility and calm the nervous system.

This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with new friends.

The rest of the evening is at leisure for you to relax or enjoy a moonlight beach walk.

Day 2

Awaken to an early morning yoga session before breakfast at your leisure.

This morning join your host for a daily workshop followed by a gourmet picnic-style lunch.

In the afternoon you’ll have free time to explore Byron Bay or enjoy the resort facilities.

Elements of Byron Bay is the perfect place to unwind. With its beachfront location and plenty of recreational facilities onsite. You might choose to be active or unwind at the luxurious adult-only pool with a swim-up pool bar! You may decide to really treat yourself at the onsite Osprey Spa, one of Byron Bay’s premier spa’s (advance bookings recommended).

This evening rejoin the group for an evening restorative yoga practice. You’ll practice slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching . It’s the centering of your breath and body. Aligning your physical and mental wellbeing by practising stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Blissful!

Dinner is at your leisure.

Day 3

Start your day with an early morning yoga session followed by breakfast.

Later this morning, join a wellness workshop hosted by MyRituals. In this workshop you’ll learn why rituals are important to your daily routine. You’ll discover actionable strategies to create a meaningful and fulfilled life.

Lunch is at your leisure. Then you may wish to join us for an optional guided nature walk.

This afternoon relax with a guided yoga nidra meditation

This evening enjoy a finale dinner with your new friends in Byron Bay. You’ll enjoy seasonal food from locally sourced and sustainable suppliers.
